Treatment for aconite smut

Is there a smut which affects winter aconites? If so, what is the treatment?

The disease is caused by a smut organism Urocystis eranthidis which causes the stems of maturing plants to split and then erupt with black, powdery smut. There is no fungicide available to amateur gardeners as far as I know. Remove the affected plants to avoid it spreading further.
